The AHAA annually extends invitations to the Appaloosa
Horse associations in other countries welcoming the children to visit Alberta.
The children stay with members of the AHAA. They visit the many beautiful
sights and exciting activities in Alberta.

Delphine Coutrot, Brittany, France Delphine had a wonderful time in Canada. She spent time with various AHAA members and enjoyed attending the Canadian National Appaloosa Show, as well as trail riding in the Rockie Mountains. |

In 1997, the AHAA organized an International Appaloosa Youth Team to compete in the Youth Team Tournament in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The youth competed on Appaloosas owned by AHAA members. The team placed fourth in the final team standings.
